Estephania and Jolene are superb and amazing baristas lovely personality and had no problem with my annoying refills great job ladies keep up the excellent service :D much respect and appreciation!
Unfriendly employees. When I walked up to order, the girl taking my order looks like I'm disturbing her by ordering. (I'm the only customer there and all 3 employees where standing around talking when I arrived). I krder3d and she doesn't even say anything. She rings me up then walks away. When I picked up the drink, same response from the other girl. I asked a question and she points to the answer and walks off. My apologies for buying a drink.
They are always so polite and greet me right when I walk in, very friendly staff. I always order thru the mobile app so I am never in there long.
I was standing there for a few min not being greeted and then they took someone behind me and didn’t even apologize or acknowledge me. I was standing at the register with a snack ready to purchase. I really don’t get it.
Why... why, Starbucks? I understand your struggle as I used to work as a barista, then a manager, at a cafe. So I get it. I get being on your feet for hours while multi-tasking, getting slammed with complicated orders. Sometimes gotta work both the counter and drive-thru while unmotivated coworkers chat one another up, but you can't let that bother you because you must simultaneously smile through clenched teeth as impatient customers make demands like you're their servant.
