Ordered a venti drink with lite ice. By the time I was done with my drink, I still had 2/3 cup full of ice. Seems like the baristas don’t know what lite ice means.
Long lines and staff did not seem to care. Coffee drink didn't even taste like coffee, but I wasn't going to wait another 30min for them to fix it.
Very clean and very well managed.
3rd time in a row and more than 6th time overall that my flat white has been made like a latte and so my drink is 3/4 full. I deleted my previous poor review of this location because things improved. But I might have to go out of my way to menasha again.
The cleanest Starbucks in the US. Barista is friendly and patient.
