I wish I could give this review NO STARS. To be honest I don’t know why I keep coming here. The attitude of the employees here are horrible. You greet them with a Hi & Thank you and no response or even an acknowledgment. You ask for a straw or napkin and the employees in the drive thru act like it’s an inconvenience. My drinks always wrong or missing something. I have to drive 10 miles to a different Starbucks to get my coffee. I’m a regular in the drive thru and I don’t usually leave reviews but theres a new barista a blonde girl Ava and she has the best personality, very nice and always asks me about my day
Hi everyone I hope your day is going well. My wife and I went through the drive through of Starbucks on outer hwy 18 in apple valley, across the street from St. Mary's hospital. After taking out a reverse mortgage for a grande pumpkin spice latte and a venti pink drink, I was served ice in a cup with some dehydrated strawberries....let me know what you think.
