Just dropped in to wake up and the highway 18 Location impressed me today. Lila, Clara were huge helps. The managers name I’m told is Felicia and she appears to be running a team properly and effectively. I don’t see anybody dragging ass or slacking off. As a business owner I appreciate hard workers!
So me and my boyfriend came to get a drink from this location today in the drive thru . I gave him my phone which had my order that I wanted in my notes . My order was a “Venti brown sugar, shaken espresso with two pumps of pumpkin, pumpkin cold foam, caramel drizzle and extra cinnamon topping . Then my boyfriend was undecided what he wanted so he was just gonna get a grande pumpkin cold brew and ask for extra pumpkin.
