I usually only stop by when I haven’t had a chance to get breakfast elsewhere and I’m already on campus. I understand the baristas are students and still learning, which I appreciate—but recently, even when the place isn’t busy, my order has taken longer than expected. Little crowded, but they have decent decor, newspapers and magazines scattered around, patient staff
I ordered a chai latte with oat milk on the app. 5 mins after I got to Starbucks they said they didn’t have oat milk so I asked her to make it with a breve. She said ok but then I noticed that she didn’t even make my drink and just left since her shift was over. It’s already been around 15 mins since I ordered at this point. 10 mins later another lady calls me up and tells me they don’t have oat milk and I told her that I already told them to make it with a breve. Corporate needs to come and help retrain and bring in more professional baristas and managers to this Starbucks. People who write reviews here should contact Starbucks directly so they know and hopefully will do something.
