I absolutely loved the atmosphere and decor of this location, however the service ruined it ALL. The Black lady manager that assisted us had a HORRIBLE attitude and spoke to the customers with unbelievable disrespect. An elderly man had a hard time seeing his order and she yelled at him, startling everyone. Then proceeded to complain about the cusomer. How absolutely crazy is that??? The workers at this Starbucks have made over 6 orders wrong, even when ordered online. It should not be hard to read off a list to add the exact ingredients, except, it has been made possible by the workers here. Not only this, but the employees are extremely rude to customers. At least if you aren't skilled at something, you should be nice or vice versa. It is disappointing how such terrible service has not been corrected yet. I don't know what the reason for the following is but they always seem to be out of stock for everything. Students commute from hours away and stay in college for 10+ hours, the least they can do is provide adequate meals. Everyday the food items are out of stock within 11 am and they won't restock it for the rest of the day. All the other food chains close at 5pm or 3pm so students just have to starve or rely on fluids and vending machines for the rest of the time, or drive 20 mins to find a good food chain. came in as a visitor and there was a girl at the cashier she’s a widebody reddish-brown hair kinda chubby with glasses that served me and i could tell you that she’s rude and wouldn’t let me apply my rewards because she is lazy and told me to get out of the line, so i will not be coming here again
