I don't know what the reason for the following is but they always seem to be out of stock for everything. Students commute from hours away and stay in college for 10+ hours, the least they can do is provide adequate meals. Everyday the food items are out of stock within 11 am and they won't restock it for the rest of the day. All the other food chains close at 5pm or 3pm so students just have to starve or rely on fluids and vending machines for the rest of the time, or drive 20 mins to find a good food chain. came in as a visitor and there was a girl at the cashier she’s a widebody reddish-brown hair kinda chubby with glasses that served me and i could tell you that she’s rude and wouldn’t let me apply my rewards because she is lazy and told me to get out of the line, so i will not be coming here again
I haven’t taken a sip of my drink and half of it is foam. My drink was supposed to be an iced hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso. When i noticed it was half foam, i asked if they intended for it to be so foamy because it usually isn’t and I was met with a “yea it’s shaken” in a rude tone. They eventually agreed to remake it but it was just as foamy. I left a reference image of what it usually looks like.
This place is horrible. I need to go to my class on time, but they make me wait 30 minutes for a drink that isn't well-made. The drink is of poor quality, and sometimes the grande cup is only half-filled, so I have to ask the rude manager to fill it. The manager is extremely rude and uncaring, and she behaves badly toward international students. The students, too dont care about providing good service.
I am completely appalled by the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect shown by both Destiny and the so-called “manager,” Melanie. You would expect that individuals working in a customer service environment would understand the basics of communication, respect, and professionalism but that was clearly not the case here.
