I requested to purchase cup of ice after buying some drinks from target and they did not want to sell me one. I had no problem I would have been ok paying five dollars for it. The reason why I asked to purchase it was because when I asked for a bigger cup, they said that I cannot purchase it that we’re only allowed to give free ice in a small cup and which is the exact reason why I asked if I could purchase it and not get it for free I asked if I could purchase it. I have frequently visited this Starbucks to complete important paperwork. Oh I drink coffee too! I return to this particular store due to a particular barista. Daveona is the poster girl for excellent service, she is warm and friendly without compromising professionalism. I admire her. Today I witnessed her take a water request from a man who didn’t appear he could pay. She interacted with him in a sincere, respectful way. Today I went with my 5 year daughter to get a refresher drink for myself and a small water for my daughter with strawberries. I was told we can’t do that our manager said no more. I have gone for a few years to this location with my daughter to get water and strawberries. That’s all she likes. I was very upset something so simple they REFUSED to do for a young child. I DON’T Recommend going to this location. Go else where it’s BAD service.
I got a blackberry lemonade whatever yk and they told me I could change it if I didn't like it and they happily did it and made me iced cherry Chai latte. Great Service second drink was way better
