You have an employee who thinks it’s okay to post absolutely hateful, nasty comments about random teenage girls on Facebook. I have seen her comment repeatedly on different posts so I decided to screen shot this time and post it here for her job to know what kind of people they employ at their establishment. I had a very bad experience with Barbara. I come to this Starbucks often, and have never experienced anything this bad. She did not take my order but I did see her make my drink. She gave it to me, and just by looking at it, I could tell it was wrong. I gave it back and politely asked someone else to remake it. Barbara caught that, and immediately tried to take charge of the situation by disrespecting her team and making them feel uncomfortable along with me. I ordered 4 drinks and used the bathroom. Finally, I asked the barista to get me an ice water. He was kind, but the security personnel was racially profiled me by asking me if I purchased anything. I responded with kindly to stop asking me. I have been a customer, Starbucks, since the inception and for someone to say that is unacceptable. Now, I have decided not to go to any Starbucks locations! Racism isn't acceptable!
