Oreo shake is best
I ordered a shaken latte with no ice (as the app allows and as I order successfully from numerous other Starbucks locations). When I arrived it had ice in it. I showed them my order and the barista rudely said they don't make them without ice. Further discussion went nowhere so I asked for a manager and was stunned that she doubled down on this horrible customer service and said corporate demanded that they don't make these drinks without ice.
