Staff rarely prepared for morning rush. Regular brew coffee almost never ready throughout the day. Some staff lackadaisical and Unapologetic. Never a good combination. Seriously consider any of the other three Starbucks within 1 mile radius.
Excellent coffee as always
They messed up my drink, which happens, but they then proceeded to make everyone else's drinks before correcting mine. While waiting, they just up and left and never gave me the correct drink. Had to get a refund.
Lost my order of a tall black coffee, was not given a receipt or any proof of purchase, was not asked for a name or anything else to reference my order. Store was near empty at the time of order and after a dozen more customers entered and recieved their orders I had not gotten mine.
