got an iced London fog this morning and ordered well in advance, like 10 minutes. when we went to pick it up, the drink looked like milk. i asked the barista if the tea would even brew in the cold milk and she was confused and dismissive, asking if i wanted it hot since i was asking about the tea being brewed. i threw it away and hope i can get a refund because it was just a cup full of milk with tea bags in it that wouldn't brew in cold milk.

Horrible service. I ordered two drinks online, and when I arrived the worker told me, “Not here, another location,” even though the order clearly showed this location. This has been an ongoing issue with the same worker I’ve seen here for about two years. Management really needs to address this. Drinks weren’t worth the time as well. I would not recommend ordering from here.

I’ve given this Starbucks location three chances, and unfortunately, all three times my drinks have been consistently watered down and lacking the rich flavor I expect from Starbucks. This isn’t just a one-time issue — it seems there’s something off about how they prepare their beverages at this store compared to every other location I’ve visited. The quality just isn’t there, and it’s disappointing to see such a noticeable difference. For me, three out of three poor experiences is enough — I won’t be coming back

I’ve gotten like 5 drinks from this location and they’re absolutely awful. Compared to other starbucks’ their drinks are always watery and tasteless. This time I got the Raspberry Cream Cold Brew and while the foam was amazing the cold brew was terrible. It tasted like 95% water 5% coffee. Every single time I buy from here I waste my money.
