I just requested water after I finished my cold brew ordered via online StarBucks, got 437 stars collected. I just requested ice water after finished my coffee. It's 1900 hour of 10/19/24, they are still open three of them, two baristas not busy. No people in line. They pushing each other, who will get me water. We arrived at 7:42 p.m and were refused service, explaining that they were closed. Although the website states that they are open until 8:00 p.m. We were very disappointed.

Barista was rude and refused to answer questions and all I was gonna ask was for a water . Never again going here for anything 👎
