This is my new edition of the review. The plain black coffee is good, full flavor, not watered down. I give 4 stars for improvement and service is great.
They in the pink hair... Try being a bit more positive. If I ask for a modification, there is no need to criticize the ask. I gave you a second chance, I even tried to explain as to why the modification. There is no need to tell me, the customer, that "you know" and " I like to complain". Actual statement. I've been here a long time, seen many baristas come and go, you're the first I left a review for, congratulations. See something to smile about I guess
Really pleasant barista
I buy an iced chai tea every time. It is poorly made every single time by the green haired female barista. I am unsure of her name. Not only this, but she overcharges me every time as well. Every other barista at every other Starbucks this one included charges me $6.06. Not her, it’s like $6.93. I asked why this is and she said because of the whip cream or something? Either way I would just like an iced chai tea with 2 extra pumps of chai, ice on the side and whip cream. Instead I get a large cup full of ice milk. Today my d... read more
She was super nice, however the drink was absolutely awful. Sadly, I believe she was new because the drink barely had any caramel or caramel crunch. Usually this one is great, however today was different. We ordered a caramel ribbon crunch. I even asked for extra caramel and caramel crunch and the drink was not made right. Wouldn’t go back to this one
