Starbucks so it is a known quantity of mediocrity. However, it was a bit of an oasis away from the casino so giving it a few more stars. Bench seating and tables, full menu, and gift sections make it a nice spot to take a break in an otherwise desolate and dying strip that the Row has become. Friendly staff and relatively clean restrooms were a bonus. Adding some photos from my stop during the holidays to give folks a peek at the interior.
I just got robbed of my phone during an event in downtown Reno and I asked if I could buy a cookie or something to search for my phone on the WiFi and the white lady in there was very rude and condescending and said I would need to spend more money to use their WiFi to find my stolen phone. Thanks ALOT is what I told her
Great place to grab a cup of coffee and go. The only reason they get a 3 star for atmosphere is they don’t have any chairs and tables. It is strictly to grab and go.
Coffee was good but the blueberry scone I just bought was doughy and undercooked on top. Yuck! I was already heading out of town when I noticed, so too late to get refunded 😡
Ordered one drink and was given another. I expect to get what i paid for and not what the employees feel like giving me. Also i’m annoyed with Starbucks in general since half of their employees seem to not know what their recipes are and add whatever they want. I expect to be able to get the same drink every time but it’s like i’m playing russian roulette with my drinks at this point.
