Went through the drive through and when I got home with the coffee it tasted off, like maybe the milk was bad.
I ordered an iced soy chai tea latte without ice. When I went to the drive-through window, they handed me a half-empty cup. I requested that they top it off with more milk, but the lady went inside and returned with the barista, Wes, who came to the window with an attitude. He said, “We cannot top it off with more milk because you said no ice, so that’s how much you get!” He refused to remake the drink or add more milk until I told him I had worked for Starbucks and asked, “Who made this rule?!” I’ve never had this issue at ... read more
I started my order with a cup of water and was told I needed to buy something in order to recieve a cup of water. I said I am placing an order. When I put in my order, they said they were out of stock on the drink I wanted. They still wouldn't offer the water even though It's 100 degrees outside, and I tried to order a drink. Still had to wait in the drive thru behind several cars since it was a single lane drive thru. All that to drive away empty handed. What a frustrating experience.
