I placed a mobile order at 6:54am and arrived in the drive through at 7:04am. When I get to the speaker the employee asked for my name, I gave it to him and then he said “ok, we’ve got it. Next time give us 3-4 minutes after you place your order to pick it up” I was shocked because I knew I had placed the order with enough time. I just said “um ok” I am usually super considerate when it comes to a busy establishment, and have patience because I know I would be overwhelmed by a fast paced job like that.
