I love that they make it easy to order your drink. Would be nice if the lobby would be clean
I stopped by to get a cup of ice and they said I had to order something.. I had stopped by earlier to order a coffee and all I wanted was a cup of ice for my water. This is the only Starbucks I ever have issues with. Ridiculous
Everytime I go there my order is never right. One of my favorite order is a matcha with probably too much sugar but hey it my taste. I NEVER have had my matcha made right everytime it taste different as well and I know for a FACT that they are not adding everything I ask for. I even ordered a simple iced americano, literally just iced black coffee, because I know they always mess up the order and figured they can't mess that up... I got it and it was hot.
