The new mgr is greatness.
The worst Starbucks I ever encountered. The ruddiest barista. This people need serious training. They need to treat people with respect. No wonder Starbucks is closing across the nation. Horrible experience. I’m never coming back.
I asked for extra vanilla sweet cream for my drink. The amount of foam was excessive and when I kindly requested a small amount of cold brew on the side, I was told by a barista that she made it “extra” because that’s what I asked for and that it happens every time. In reality it was the second time because she made my drink last weekend as well. I did not argue because I realized it was pointless. Always stopping by here every now and then to pick up a quick drink and am never let down. The service here is alway quick and dependable, and the baristas here are always so nice. On the rare times I do have a problem with my order they are always so caring and quick to take care of it, especially Danielle. Very kind to me a lot of the times when I do see her, awesome store will continue to order from here.
