I called looking for a certain piece of merchandise and was told she would not look because it is busy season. When I persisted she hung up on me. This would not even be an issue if Starbucks had their merch inventory at which stores on their website. I then came to this store to return Starbucks cups I got from King Soopers and to check if they had the item I was wanting. You would think both are Starbucks so no issue. Starbucks, you need to do a better job at letting people know if it’s a drive through or not.
Absolutely terrible service. Completely rude. "Uh we are closed" I'm sorry it's 11am and there's 5 of you back there. Save your money for the sbux outside of the store.
