I am completely baffled by this. This is how much I received. There's not even any whipped cream that I ordered in my venti horchata drink. When I inquired if this was it they said yeah and shrugged what the hell I used 200 of my Starbucks Stars for this!?!? Is this acceptable?!
I called looking for a certain piece of merchandise and was told she would not look because it is busy season. When I persisted she hung up on me. This would not even be an issue if Starbucks had their merch inventory at which stores on their website. I then came to this store to return Starbucks cups I got from King Soopers and to check if they had the item I was wanting. You would think both are Starbucks so no issue.
