Megan and the gang are great!
Went through at 5:20am, zero customers, the lady on the intercom asked us questions then cut us off as we're in the middle of responding. My mocha taste like crap and isn't even full, as the Pic shows. No stoppers for hot coffee. The lady handed us coffee through the window spilling the coffee on my BF's hand, then again, cut us off while we were speaking directly to her, shut the window and walked away. Good morning!!
Extremely Uncomfortable and Unprofessional Experience. I’ve never felt so pressured and uncomfortable buying a simple coffee. The employee literally turned the card reader toward me and hovered while waiting for a tip, as if tipping is mandatory now. This isn’t a sit-down restaurant or a personal service — it’s a counter transaction. It feels manipulative and awkward, like you’re being guilt-tripped into tipping just for ordering a drink. Wonderful!!!! Come in and I was greeted with a huge smile!!!! Woooo, how cute!!!! I do not doubt that it is one of the best CAFE SALE LOCALS in the area.
