I'm not sure why this store is even open. 9 times out of 10 they never have any product. They are always out of multiple items and everyone walks away. Not to mention one time there coffee machine was down for atheist 2 months. Just shut it down already.
There is no espresso in my caramel macchiato...

Super slow service. They are always out of everything. Barista stops talking to you in the middle of a conversation and you just stand there for a minute in awkward silence.
