Very rude customer service. Simply couldn’t care less about the customer.
I was there earlier today around 11 in the morning. I came through drive thru and the person is drive thru was so rude. I think her name was caitlin but she was so rude. She had an attitude and obviously can not do her job properly. I will not be coming back due to how bad of a person she was.
When did Starbucks start putting grande summer berry lemonade in these frap cups with this large opening and huge straw? Very disappointed that this was allowed at this location and I get Starbucks daily. Do better.
Bit of a long wait in the drive thru but good customer service and my drink was made perfectly.
