The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. It’s too many people on shift for them to be running behind on orders. Both food and drink items were made incorrectly. Placed an online order and still had to wait 30mins once I arrived to receive the incorrect order.
super long wait when there was only three cars between window and speaker. Got a latte and it was only 3/4 full with half of it being foam. For so much money it should be full at the very least. This location has gone down hill recently. Not sure if there’s been managerial changes, but something is wrong and someone needs to help them. It doesn’t see like there is a managerial presence at all or district manager either.
