Third morning in a row where I’ve gotten my iced drink looking like someone had chugged about 3 sips. After three times I finally asked for it to be topped off out of pure frustration. Barista grabs it, tops it off, puts it back on the counter without ever saying a word. I say thank you. Nothing. I say thank you louder. NOTHING. I have never seen more people standing around and making less product as we wait. 17 minutes for a mobile order is insane. Do something differently. Need to change…
Stay away. Worst Starbucks in the universe. Rude workers… Entire staff, incomplete order when I asked for them to remake it. She got an angry at me .unfriendly. Terribly managed.
