My usual was really bad from this location once, and I went back today out of convenience and it was really bad again. Won’t return as they do not make things correctly at this location.

I placed a order there with 5 coffee and saw on the screen for 5 items even been charge with all five but after I paid for it I only received 4 coffee instead of 5, I asked the windows cashier s he said I only order 4 instead of five but why am I charge with 5
The seating area is nice, but I would only ever come here if I planned on staying to work on something because every single time I have ordered on the app, my order has taken 15-30 minutes longer than it’s supposed to.
