Took forever
35 minutes for a frappe at 3pm is crazy... Or maybe it's just me. The frappe was great. The customer service was great. I notified them at the 18 minute mark that I had been waiting 18 minutes for my order. She politely told me they are working down the list. I continued to wait with everybody else in disbelief, and ultimately received the beverage 35 minutes after placing the order at front counter.
