Came here for a quick coffee around 6pm on 15 March, and the two baristas working acted like customers coming up to the bar was a huge inconvenience to them. There was no greeting or positive customer service. While I was waiting for my coffee, and gentleman came up to the bas asking for honey or agave packets, and the two baristas looked at him like he was stupid and had no idea what he was talking about. Not a good experience. Please hire better employees.
Never again! Visited from out of town on a Saturday morning only because was convenient to our route for event. Daughter visits Starbucks regularly she travels extensively and knows the menu back and forth. I wasn’t familiar with menu wanted something cold either tea or freshner. Every flavor or choice I would request “ we are out of that, color will be different, don’t have that etc. After several minutes of telling me what they didn’t have I said why don’t you pick out something you do have. It was the worst experience we had, the cashier forgot to write down our order and when we reminded her, the barista took the blender, I whip it against the sink and angrily made the order
