I’ve been to this Starbucks twice and they never have what I ask for. First I wanted the Horchata Frappuccino and they said they didn’t have any more of the Horchata mix so they couldn’t make it. Then the second time there was no customers I was first in line and I had to wait about 10 minutes. When I was finally attended, I asked for the caramel Frappuccino and she said they didn’t have any caramel drizzle but she could still make it without the caramel. Then it wouldn’t be a Carmel Frappuccino so I left.
I want to recognize Reina the Barista for being such a lovely person. She did an amazing job customizing my iced Carmel Macchiato to my liking.
Me and my wife have matcha dates everyday here. They have the best service here!
Ordered a protein vanilla latte and it was not even liquid form. Called them and no answer of course and no one was there considering it’s during the ice storm. $10 gone.
If you want wait over 20 minutes for a drink than this is the place to go. One barista taking orders and making drinks at the same time 2 or more baristas are needed at all times.
