This is a review for the Starbucks inside the Macy's at deerbrook mall. To preface, I work at a different Starbucks so I know how the drinks are made. The employee there (a young black lady) is not only rude but doesn't know how to make drinks. Recently Starbucks separated their caffeine from the refreshers into a green tea syrup and I specified that I wanted the regular mango dragon refresher (water based) and not the energy refresher which contains significantly more caffeine. I bought four glasses and They gave me the wrong size and so rude !!!! I asked them questions they said they didn’t know I felt so bad!!!!
Ngl those Drinks are just rushed w/ you also being rushed to pick they make em tasteless/ bland ig watery and if not they make the spices over power the drink just don’t go ordering here 🤮
Bad customer service
Curly brown haired barista was very hostile. She messed up all 3 of our drinks. I only asked her to fix the one that was supposed to be iced and before I could even finish speaking she turned around and threw my drink in the sink…
