So I went through the drive-through trying to get a cup of ice water just for the worker to tell me that it is a new policy during the hot summer heat that they are no longer offering free cups of water I would have to make a purchase.. that is the only reason why I come to Starbucks is for the filtered water that I’ve always boosted about. You guys need to rethink this policy, especially during the summer. Every time I come to this location there is always an issue and this is why I stop making purchases
I have ordered a venti Iced lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha plenty of times at other locations but I have never had a bad experience until today. I ordered from the drive thru They gave it to me with no ice and no lavender, I went inside asked for it to be remade taste was better and I got ice but half the cup was the cream foam. Never going back to this location.
This is the worst Starbucks I've ever went too. They would give me water the little guy at the window told me they don't give out water anymore since January and I literally got water from them yesterday.
