Bad Customer Service ordered a blonde vanilla ice latte … Didn’t have no vanilla !!!! Can’t even get hold of store to get a refund ..PAYED 7$ for a nasty drink
Emma, your behavior tonight (May 10, 2024) was completely unacceptable. Your rudeness was uncalled for, and it was evident from the moment I approached the counter to place my order at Starbucks. Just because you were closing soon doesn't mean you had to rush me and make mistakes with my drink. Your attitude was far from the friendly and welcoming standard expected of Starbucks baristas. If you can't manage a positive and courteous demeanor, perhaps this job isn't the right fit for you.
