They get orders wrong about 50% of the time. Specially as a tea drinker I order a London Fog, which is always made with Earl Grey tea. For some reason, they often use the wrong tea which ends up tasting disgusting. When this happens I always have to get out of my car, walk into the store, and have a person with a bad attitude remake it. This kind of defeats the purpose of a drive through. I've started going to the Fry Road location even though it's a further drive because they don't mess up orders.
The baristas Dan, Catrina, and Audrina had amazing hospitality.
Service was extremely disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a crème-based Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino for my daughter. The barista made a Caramel Frappuccino instead and then blamed me for ordering the wrong drink. When I asked for it to be corrected, he said he could remake it but warned me that there was a long line behind me and I would “have to wait,” as if it were my fault. Completely unprofessional experience.
I just moved to the neighborhood last year and always loved my drinks at this location! Special shoutout to the employee who made my day today!!! Told her my name was Venus. Small gesture but turned my day around!
