I am disappointed by my recent experience at Starbucks. After receiving a hot drink from the drive-thru, the lid came off and the beverage spilled on me, causing burns that required medical treatment. I sought care at an emergency facility, received treatment, and have continued to monitor the healing process due to concerns about possible scarring. I really needed a Starbucks Espresso after a rough day. I placed my order and despite being a bit discombobulated while ordering, Alex saved the day!! Today I received more than just coffee. You never know what the people you encounter are going through and yet Alex was patient, kind, and even went the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed before pulling off!
