I recently visited this Starbucks and after placing my order through the drive through, the cashier handed me the card reader and said, “It’s going to ask you a question you can put whatever.” Normally, this is when you choose if you want to leave a tip. This Morton ranch and 99 Starbucks has series management problem A lot of thing i can list that in counter me few of the employees are not friendly and disrespectful. Regular coffee out for days u can’t relay on this Starbucks at all.

Please give me extra if im paying for it.... I got a caramel ribbon crunch with extra drizzle and extra topping and it looked like there was barely any than the normal amount. I used to work at Starbucks and idk whats going on lately but my drinks are nevr good anymore
