Was my first visit to this place and I waiting for 15 minutes in front the desk and None of the four employees who were working helped me.".. really bad service , people no polite
Truly hate this Starbucks with a passion they are so slow! 20 minutes in the drive through line for one drink
What's the point in putting a pick up order if it's not going to be ready by time assigned. Line was backed up on the drive through and the vehicles were still all served before my order was completed. Obviously prioritizing drive thru over pick up online orders.
