I ordered a Dubai chocolate matcha with light ice, and the cup came half full of ice. After asking them to remake it, they removed almost all the chocolate and filled the cup with foam instead. The drink was seriously shorted. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I left — felt totally scammed. This is unacceptable. And that cost me $ 7.31 and not worth my money.

I went through the drive through last night and I had to repeat myself actually 5 times!!! I gave my phone to the cashier for my rewards she said she had to take it to another register in the back. When she came back I paid for my order. As she gave me my drinks I asked her again “ were you able to scan it for my rewards she said, YES!! It’s now a day later and NOTHING OF WHAT I BOUGHT uploaded which means she lied to me TWICE!!! Coffee seemed tasteless and service was Crap!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!
