Good atmosphere, very clean, and the coffee’s good
I’ve been coming to this location for years and it seems as though over the past year its service has been on a downward spiral. Service is what keeps folks coming back and this location seems to have just thrown that out the window. Blatantly ignoring customers, prioritizing drive thru orders, missing items, items made incorrectly.I have witnessed it all lately. We’ve came around 7:10am on a Tuesday morning and I can say that Erica was AMAZING !! We wanted to try the new dubai drink and she was very sweet, patient but efficient, and helpful :)
This starbucks is the worst, they are slow and dont know customer service. Looks like they need to hire new people or more people. Would not recommend this location.
