Krissy is the sweetest. Very kind and professional. I was originally going to get five stars slowly for Krissy. However, when I got my drinks, my cold foam was extremely liquidy. When I asked about it, the girl behind the bar, Allison or Alyssa not really sure her name it was written so small on her name tag, said that the heavy cream came in at low quality so this is the best that she could do. The manager is out in the lobby discussing bad customer experiences and firing employees out loudly to another employee, while attempting some sort of discipline. How embarrassing and unprofessional to carry on private business conversations in a public seating area for guests.
Perfect coffee
This location has had a run of issues lately, and this is not based off of one visit. This is multiple visits. The last few times I have been in my orders are blatantly wrong, and yes they remake them, but each time I go now I am expecting to have to have it remade. This is coffee and food items, from the drink not being made correctly to the wrong food placed in the package. The employees are not unkind, but they are visibly not happy.
