I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks today. I came to pick up an order and, even though the employees saw me waiting, nobody helped me for over 30 minutes. They were only focused on the drive-thru orders and completely ignored the customers inside the store. At other Starbucks locations nearby, there’s always someone attentive to mobile orders and they prepare them quickly. One of yours women in front of them is very rude, she doesn’t even listen. She pretends to be deaf. They should change the staff. The worst Starbucks service I’ve ever received.
I went into this store on August 18 at 2:20pm. I only went in to purchase something because I was dropping off my roommate for an interview at 2pm and I was originally waiting in the car. It was very hot outside so I went inside. I decided to make a small purchase and ordered one cake pop so it wouldn’t be weird that I went inside while I waited for my roommate to finish their interview.
