STARBUCKS SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED OF THIS STORE Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. I ultimately had to contact Starbucks corporate just to get my money back. After more than 20 years as a Starbucks Rewards member and visiting stores in multiple countries, this is by far the worst location I have experienced. They were rude
I gave atmosphere a 4 Bevause it can feel and get crowded at the front of the store but the workers are very kind and helpful, the girl with red hair and face piercing makes the BEST matcha if you want matcha definitely make sure she is there!
Ordered (and paid for) a coffee and a latte, I got the coffee, but I guess she didn't feel like making a latte because she just plain didn't. After about 10 minutes of waiting and watching other people get their order, I just walked out
Update 8/30/25: I decided to give this location another try. I want to preface this that the employees generally cannot control this and the fault strictly falls back onto the manager and Starbucks! Ordered the Iced Pecan Crunch Latte with no special instructions just “as is” on the app. Went to pick up up…NO COLD FOAM. I ask the barista why it didn’t have it, she said the didn’t have all the ingredients to make the drink. STARBUCKS…WHY ARE WE BEING CHARGED $8 A DRINK WHEN WE DON’T EVEN GET ALL OF OUR DINK??!
