Awful. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get 2 cups of coffee, especially an Americano and a Caramel Macciato. Reason? After 5 minutes of shopping, we came back to pick them up, and there was an Americano on ice. I never said i wanted a cold one! When i said that, it was like i ruined the barista's day. She then proceeds to fulfill 3 orders after us, and finally made ours correctly after 20 minutes. Also, the barista flooded the floor of the working area with suds. I hope no one got hurt. We won't be returning anytime soon.
The baristas do amazing and with the popularity of Starbucks it's understandable why it's as packed as it is somedays. Always worth the wait for me! I love my Carmel brulee lattes! Btw I used to work there for two years but not anymore. I am just making an edit to my review. I've worked as a dietary aide, deli clerk, produce clerk and cashier in the past in my career but no job for me as never ever been as hard as being a barista. The heavier set balding guy that was working in the Greenville store on July 3rd at 2 o'clock called me his customer rude got very smart with me in front of other customers standing there. I questioned my order and he called me rude. Will never order again if he's working. This my first time ever reporting anyone like this. Have always had wonderful service there
Consistently out of product, cups etc... Can not keep staff. They have currently been out of my regular drink for a wk now. Needs better management.
