Service was excellent and facility was very clean!
Nice facility with a lot of seating. During my last visit, both the drinks I ordered were made incorrectly. They were willing to fix it when asked (and they were quick). One food item was absolutely delicious and the other was soggy. The staff was unfriendly and seemed a bit stressed :/
1. Placed an Starbucks website online order 0622, 1:04 PM 2. Received no confirmation number 3. No one called out my name at pickup 4. Called customer service - 5. Completely baffled by the lack of attention and followup to my issues 6. Going back to McDonald's...for coffee..what is going on with this American classic of a company?
