Walked in with larger group to get breakfast with only a short amount of time. My friend was yelled at and treated very rudely by both workers and a customer for asking, very nicely, where her drink was. She sat there crying for the remainder of the trip and was begrudgingly brought her drink.

was charged more than the listed price of the drink. I ordered a matcha, but all I could taste was milk. This isn’t my first time experienced this. Maybe consider training your employees better
