Horrible I've complained 3 times Reported the issue to district manager I've come to get a cup of coffee at 7pm within business hours the past 3 times and they say "no coffee" Ridiculous that a coffee shop doesn't sell coffee. They close at 8 pm No reason to stop selling coffee before that time. I spend a lot of money at this location. No longer if they fix this problem.
Shout out to the girl working the register on thanksgiving day at 10:20 ish. Very kind especially working on a holiday! :) and the food and drinks were good, overall the best Starbucks in the area
I ordered a Pink Drink light ice! Then I got nothing just ice!!! They also were very rude!!!
They always make my drinks nice and I come in to study and the employees help me with my math homework:)
Went in on Christmas Eve stopped By and purchased a $50 gift card and 2 cake pops. Out of 3 workers, 2 making drinks and 1 cashier, it took me 15 mins to get the cake pops while 10 coffee orders were made. I had to get someone attention to finally get the cake pops. Gift card was placed in a Starbucks bag, come to find out no actual gift card was in there, just the empty envelope. Looked like a fool when the envelope was opened on Christmas Day. Last time I’ll be here.
