(2 out of 5 stars) I stopped by this Starbucks and was pretty disappointed with the experience. The bathrooms were dirty, even though there were hardly any customers in the store. The employees were chit-chatting behind the bar and, to top it off, they forgot my order. I had to remind them to make my jalapeño chicken pocket. When they finally brought it to me, the barista didn’t even acknowledge that they had forgotten my order, nor did they offer an apology. I can’t express enough how satisfied I am with the service at this location. Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. They always go above and beyond to ensure you leave completely satisfied. Thank you for consistently providing such outstanding service! Although this location is a bit out of my way, I would gladly make the extra trip every day if I could.
