My sandwich wasn’t ready until 5 min after it said my order was ready, then it was still half frozen I couldn’t bite through it when I got it. It was so busy I couldn’t go back to get a refund and the website won’t allow me to request a refund. Last time I cinnamon bites and had the same problem they were cold after waiting past the time it said my order was ready,
