Convenient location and generally nice staff. 👍🏻
Staff don't acknowledge a walkin customer. 6 staff working, but no eye contact after 5 minutes. We had to ask if we could place an order. Please and thank you is not understood. Manager should check in staff to see if they've got customer service training.
My sandwich wasn’t ready until 5 min after it said my order was ready, then it was still half frozen I couldn’t bite through it when I got it. It was so busy I couldn’t go back to get a refund and the website won’t allow me to request a refund. Last time I cinnamon bites and had the same problem they were cold after waiting past the time it said my order was ready,
