Terrible attitudes ! I tried to place my order at the window and no one was answering so after saying hello multiple times I pulled up to the window . The women at the front said “you could have ordered at the window “ as if I didn’t try ? After saying I tried she just rolled her eyes and started saying stuff under her breath to her co worker Then made me pull back around ! The drink came out completly wrong. Between the wait time, the terrible service and the drink I definitely won’t be back.
I had the pleasure of being helped by Arscenio (spell check) at the drive-thru, and I just wanted to say how much I appreciated his energy and positivity. He was so pleasant and full of enthusiasm while taking my order—it truly brightened my morning. I wasn’t having a bad day, but his upbeat attitude lifted my spirits and gave me a boost of positive energy to start the day. My order was ready in a jiffy, and I drove away feeling great. Thank you, Arscenio, for making such a simple moment so special!
Who ever took my order and cash me out this morning at 7am was very rude. Rushed me while trying to add more items, and asked me to come to the window with me finishshing. Absolutely no service with heart.
Excellent Starbucks. Always quick and accurate service.
