They always make my iced Green tea Matcha with lots of ice, it it only a few sips then it’s gone , 6.44 dollars everyday there that they should make my drink, they get mad and I have to say goodbye to you guys and I rather keep on money for my bills instead making you rich w my money !! It has been 10 years that you make money out of me n my family !! I am not investing my time n money into starbuck. I can order matcha from EBay and make my own drink at home !! Yeah you guys go to EBay and order matcha on there.
Customer service is terrible. We have been several times and can’t recall a good experience. And I’m not sure on the inside but the drive thru is never busy when we are there. The drink and food quality is the same as other places.
I accidentally ordered at the wrong location for a pick up. The staff at the Fry location were amazing and getting my order completed with them without issue. Service was quick, and staff were friendly and professional.
When i come here i am always met with bad customer service. They look miserable and like im annoying them by ordering. Im never coming here again after they made my drink wrong and refused to fix it unless i paid 3 dollars extra for a little bit of milk. Mind you every Starbucks i go to i dont have this problem with this drink. I would recommend going to another Starbucks before you decide coming here or less youll be met with eyerolls and bad attitudes.
