Small location, baristas very friendly
Service 1/24/2026 approximate time 10::30am. I requested a venti hot protein drink instead of a grande. Instead of preparing a new drink, the original drink was poured into a venti cup and cold foam was added on top. The cold foam was very cold, and the drink was no longer hot as requested. This experience was disappointing and raises concerns about attention to detail and integrity in preparing customer orders.
I dont hardly ever give bad reviews but I have given this starbucks many opportunities and will not be going back even if it means I have to go out of my way to another location but at least I will get good customer and barista's that actually appreciate me giving my business to them. The old man the works the drive thru has the worst attitude and something simple like asking for oatmilk becomes a challenge. My order is usually wrong and service is even worst, i wont be going back.
