I messed up my online order and they fixed it for me anyway. Very sweet of them.
It's always a hit and miss at this location sometimes it's good sometimes not so much. Today purchased a drink and there was a slice in the cup spilled everywhere. I'm seeing all the response to contact the website but I did that already and they give you a 1-800# and I'm not doing that. This is like the 3rd time I've gotten drinks that had faulty lids or cuts in the mouth part that cut our lips when taking a drink at this location now this. Robotic reply. no thanks
