Updating my review: This Starbucks has really turned things around. The remodel seems to be successful in terms of increasing efficiency and customer service. I changed my 1 star to 5 stars. Great job! As I know this location can get busy, I ordered my drink 15 minutes before I expected to be there through the app. Plus, it was a weekday afternoon so not a super busy time for them. They took way too long on my coffee order and had a bad attitude. Would not recommend.
