Everybody was very friendly and helpful. List didn't look that large but the guy behind the counter explained that's because everybody ends up getting so many customized things so it's really just name what you want and they make it for you. I was redeeming some rewards that I had and I end up getting the horchata iced coffee. It was okay. I just don't think that was really my go to but I wanted to try something new. They gave me a pup cup to give Decker which he thoroughly enjoyed.
I ordered a grande shaken espresso with a splash of soy milk and no syrup added — that’s it. A grande already comes with 3 shots of espresso, and I order this exact drink almost every day, so I know what it’s supposed to look like. The drink I was handed looked more like a latte with 90% milk and barely any coffee. I politely told the barista it didn’t look right.
