I have only had great experiences here. I have a few picky requests when I order a Grande: Double cup; 1 Sweetner; Room at the top so it doesn't slop over; 1/2 inch cream. They happily take it all in and I get just what I wanted every time. I've only been in the mid-afternoon, and the same happy faces are always there.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks today. The employee who attended me was not cordial and displayed a rude attitude from the start, without even greeting me or saying "good morning." She bluntly stated they didn't have bags for my purchase and proceeded to charge me without showing the slightest bit of friendliness. At the end, she didn't even bother to say "have a nice day," which should be a basic courtesy, especially during the holiday season. I don’t know why I bother giving this place a shot when time after time they prove that they cannot keep up with demand. I always do a mobile order to save time and consistently they ignore mobile orders. This is the third time since this fall that I’ve been running errands in this area and have had to wait at least 10 minutes past the estimated time from the app for a single drink. And then they don’t bother to even get the order correct.

Tried the new macadamia nut cold brew. It was tasty. HATE that Starbucks employees inside Ingles aren't allowed tips (grumbles in several languages of food service).

I visited this location today and was very disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the staff. Despite being in need of assistance, I found that the service staff were unhelpful and seemed unwilling to assist customers. Customers may not be familiar with the company's policy ,just hope the employees can give a correct and reasonalbe explanation, but their answer is we just make what you ordered and don't know anything else...This lack of willingness to help left a negative impression on my overall experien... read more
