Date: January 31 Time: around 7:40–7:45 AM I visit this Starbucks inside Giant regularly, and unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience with the same barista in the morning. Seems to be a hit or miss experience here. More often that not the coffee is warm-ish and bitter and nor the standardized experience one should expect of a Starbucks. The variation seems to depend on time of day. The food is more obviously standardized and here you get what you expect. The staff are polite and they improve the experience at this particular location. If I didn’t shop in Giant I am not so sure I would ever buy coffee here. I'm seriously tired of new managers coming in and saying something different from all the rest! If I don't get charged on the Starbucks Apps for extra syrupy that is ALREADY in the damn drink, I should NOT get charged in store. Absolutely ridiculous!!
