My poor rating is completely related to a single, brief incident. I stopped by on my wife’s birthday to get the free drink that is offered by Starbucks through their app. When I got to the counter and explained the situation, the employee politely explained that they don’t honor those because they are a “Giant Starbucks.” (They are located in a Giant grocery store.) The policy of the franchise leaves a really bad taste in my mouth about the Starbucks brand.

I stopped by with a friend this morning to enjoy some time with a friend and some coffee. He loves the Nitro brew and I enjoyed a Caramel Macchiato. There is a nice, clean, indoor seating area to hang out, too.

This is not my favorite Starbucks simply because they won't let you use the app. But I do have to say the lady that took my order was so nice and polite. My shaken brown sugar espresso was very good! I would come here more often if you could use the app but they claim to NOT be a Starbucks?

They told me that they don't do Starbucks orders after the ordering, but all the other in store Starbucks do it without questions (even this one did it before as I remember) Also they don't redeem stars which is the first time I see this at any Starbucks Extremely weird
