Terrible service at this Starbucks location! The man who works there prioritizes chit chat then getting through the line. I once waited over 20 mins for a grande iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich (there were only 3 people ahead of me). Today, I got fed up and walked away because the man, AGAIN was just standing there chatting with the customer in front of me. She had already ordered and I was just waiting there for them to finish their conversation. Awful service, never coming here again.
Frustrating experience today! The staff completely ignored the queue and prioritized their friends/regulars who were behind us in line. It’s a busy morning rush and everyone is in a hurry, there’s no excuse for skipping paying customers who have been waiting their turn. Unprofessional and unfair. Avoid if possible!!!!
After so many years, they are still making some of the best coffee in town.
No one knows how to do their job :)
