I give you 0 star for that . I always buy matcha latte. But today it's test bad like expired. Staff behavior is very rude with me today. It is horrible experience

I was really missing the apple crisp macchiatto from years ago. The baristas at this store (at around 1pm on Oct 26, 2025) were super helpful and were able to recreate this drink for me with the current syrups they had in stock. I really appreciate how above and beyond they went to make me my drink! (I had no expectations of actually getting this drink, since I knew it wasn't on the menu anymore. I just figured I would ask, and I was so excited and grateful for their help!)
I ordered via the mobile app and select whip add-on but i didn’t get the whip🥹
