Very poor customer service, there was no line the barista named Val was currently making one drink and as she finished, decided to do dishes instead of helping customers and when she did finally come over she was short, pushing buttons very aggressively and when she handed out our drinks I said have a nice day to which she ignored us and continued to look like she was scrambling around
I am a hard-core Starbucks connoisseur and this Starbucks is definitely in the top 10% of stores I've visited around the US. The staff is always sure to welcome you when you walk through the door and they smile and engage in friendly banter while you order. This morning I ordered my dark roast a little bit later in the morning than usual and I was afraid that it might have cooled down sitting in the coffee carafe but it was piping hot and perfect.
