I went up to order being the only customer and the two girls waited for it to be 8pm to tell me they are closed. Even after I explained I had been standing there for a while and only wanted one drink, they both acknowledged me and decided to wait for it to be closing time to tell me they couldn’t take me because they’re closed. I had been in line for over 10 minutes. Please do better with your staff.
I had just finished shopping for the day & had a massive bag with a new coat inside. As I waited in line awkwardly trying to avoid hitting anything with my bag, I back into the reusable cup display knocking over 3 cups. I immediately picked them up and said sorry to an employee.
