Apparently I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience at this location. I wanted to order my usual drink, an Iced water with added dried fruit. Why? I'm pregnant and can't have too much sugar OR caffeine. I get this all the time at other locations & no issues. I pay the extra fees for the fruit, and it's the most refreshing summer water. Today, around 8:55am the rude female drive thru worker (Stephanie I believe) told me she would have to charge me almost $6 for an iced tea refresher. And I asked "even for plain water?"... read more
The bathroom code is 71325. The store had 2 customers in the seating area, and I didn’t arrive during rush hour, so there was no one ahead of me in line. Karely, the barista was very rude when i asked for the code. She explained that I had to purchase a drink first. I politely told that I wanted to only wash my hands before ordering, but she insisted, interrupting me in the process. I understand that there’s a policy, but she was just blatantly rude and lacked kindness.
