Waited for 10 minutes for somebody to come to the counter and no one ever came. I called the Kroger customer service they never paged for them to come. I got here at 6:15 p.m. the store is supposed to close at 8:00 p.m. so there is no reason the store is not open, or nobody is in sight.
Such an amazing employee they have working there. Her name is Layla Novak. This company is very lucky to have such a hard working, positive, pleasant such as herself as one of their workers!! Everyone stop by to meet her! I promise she won’t disappoint
I walked in and there was no line. I ordered 2 drinks. I got the just watered down Americano I've ever had. Then I was completely forgotten about as the baristas made a ton of mobile orders. I stood right by the pickup and fifteen minutes went by before they asked what I was waiting for, then said they were "finishing it up". It was a cold drink they hadn't even started. No apology for taking fifteen minutes to make a drink they forgot about.
Friendly staff and delicious drink!
I will never go to this Starbucks again! A person named LAYLA, was very nasty and had the nerve to take an attitude out on me because she messed up my drink. If anyone should’ve been upset it should’ve been me because I had to look at that gross look on her face. Do better or work in the back far away from paying customers!
