Horrible customer service. Asked me to stand at the wrong side of the counter to get my drink, didn't give me a receipt. When the guy asked why i was waiting i told uim i was waiting for my drink. He asked what drink. I started to tell him and he cut me off and said other end with an attitude. I told him he should have said so instead of telling me to wait on the other side of the counter. Great place to get my morning started! Recommend it 100%!!!
I have been going to this location for years now, and they were usually pretty good at making drinks, but for a couple of months now, I have been going before work, and the drinks have been very nasty. I usually get the blended Frappuccino, and every time I've gotten it, it just tastes like coffee and ice blended with nothing else added. That is not how you make a caramel, Frappuccino!
