Pretty bad experience, came in three times for a matcha dairy-free ! My wife is deadly allergic to dairy and they gave it to her with the label saying coconut milk instead but maybe they don’t know how to read their own label! Wouldn’t refund my online order when I asked the second time! So my wife with my new born had to go a third time to check it’s the correct type of milk. Go to the one inside Frys, they actually care! I’ve been going to the other Starbucks in town with waits up to 20 min, they are often out of the ingredients I like and when I pay for extra toppings or caramel, there isn’t anymore than normal. One day I happened to be in Safeway and grabbed my fav Frapp. To my surprise they had every ingredient. The service was super quick.
