I’ve been going to the other Starbucks in town with waits up to 20 min, they are often out of the ingredients I like and when I pay for extra toppings or caramel, there isn’t anymore than normal. One day I happened to be in Safeway and grabbed my fav Frapp. To my surprise they had every ingredient. The service was super quick.
