Only giving one star because of the sign continuously put on the door saying only the drive thru is open. And the drive thru barely moves. So when I finally get my mobile order, it's cold or watered down. I don't like this sign on the door. I want to rip it off and burn it. Drive thru is supposed to be quick. Not an hour. I just want to walk in, pick up my mobile order, and be on my merry way.
My wife and I in the last 2 months we've been going through the drive-thru. Every time we order the drink it is made either wrong or not right and their policy is to have a drink ready in 30 seconds and it pisses me off when they wait to see if they're getting a tip when paying with credit card before they finish the drink And this location does not write any greeting messages. The management needs to go along with the rude workers.

I want to take a moment to share my appreciation and love for this location. Although I live near 2 Starbucks, I love to sit indoors in this location. First of all, it’s always clean in here and I like that the music is at a calmer volume to where it’s not a distraction, but a vibe Second, the employees here AND the manager are super kind, genuine, hard working and respectful!
