Horrible service. :( I did a mobile order. Got to the counter about 5 min after I placed it (estimated wait time in my app was 4-7 minutes). My drinks weren’t on the counter. There was a customer in line and after their drink was made the employees weren’t doing anything. I politely asked if they had received a mobile order with 2 drinks, to which I received zero response. But the 2 girls working glanced at their screen and started making drinks. super slow. They say very quietly whose order is ready and no one understands where their cup is. I waited 30 minutes for one cup of coffee. Is this normal?
What's the point of having a coffee shop if you're not open at 5:55 a.m. when it's daylight outside oh yeah that's right we all had you money all day long forgot
I went at this store for order 3 coffee. Raianna is my cashier. She was drunk even she didn’t listen what I ordered . She repeated my order wrong then I ordered only 1 hot coffee after that I got a wrong coffee and it was too old . Not even proper hot too. Finally it’s waste of time and waste of money . Not happy . No recomdatation
