Employee Lauren was very mad. She refused to make a mobile order and told me to call support.
They opening at 7 a clock not 6 am first shift its always late
The 2 Starbucks at this plaza are 2 of the worst in the nation. First off they close at 6:00 PM. Secondly, they shut down the espresso machines by at least 5:30 PM, and claim that they aren’t working. Thirdly, read all the other reviews. I can’t remember if I’ve ever actually even been able to get anything here, despite trying multiple times. Trash establishments.
They are set up to accept mobile orders before the store is even open and of course there’s no number to call to get a refund 👎
