DO NOT MAKE MOBILE ORDERS for this starbucks, because your order will be ignored. Also they couldn’t make my Ube coconut macchiato because they don’t have “cold brew” in stock? Ok first of all macchiatos are not cold brews 🤦 and they should get rid the store sign that advertises Ube coconut then…
We were able to overlook the fact, it took 30 mins for 2 drinks...but what we cannot overlook is that they served us a drink with dairy when we specifically requested oatmilk and no dairy for a drink for my husband who has an allergy. The barrista told us there was no dairy in his drink she prepared. Luckily, we could stop drinking it and throw it out, when we realized it contained dairy.
