I had an absolutely delightful experience, Deja was friendly, made our drinks fresh and was professional and polite.
Almost out with everything i dont know they open it if they are out with products especially lady work there tally she behave like she work forcefully
Business closes at seven pm I was here at six pm Wanted a sandwich but they shut the ovens down before closing Great way to run a business on the Ohio turnpike
Ordered a venti iced chai latte and i was given 50% drink and 25% cold foam. I don’t remember her name but the heavy set white girl mentioned “strict measuring guidelines” (she barely could work the register so you could tell she was new and making stuff up) so i ended up getting a refund instead. Thankfully there are multiple starbucks on the turnpike which i’ve never had a issue with, will now just pass on this one for another location.
The staff is not friendly. Hot latte was warm but not hot. And looks like doesn’t matter what you order it comes with straight milk only. I was treated like I owed something to the staff. The worst Starbucks ever!!!
