The coffee tastes like maybe they don’t clean the machines- I got an Americano and it tastes like old used coffee grounds. Kind of gross. Maybe skip this one and go to the next rest area if possible.

This is the most unfriendly Starbucks I have ever been to. The counter employee and cashier were both very rude, they acted like all of us customers were a huge inconvenience to them and they would rather be anywhere else. They gave me the wrong food item and the wrong drink (hot instead of iced) and when I pointed it out about the drink ( didn’t notice the food item was wrong until I left) the employee ignored me and eventually remade it, but said absolutely nothing. They decided to count the tip jar and completely disregard a line of Turnpike travelers. The staff should be fired.
