I'm not sure if it's New Management or new employees, but the service is slow, and I've had problems for the past month every time I go there.
Got a iced matcha yesterday around noon. I forget her name but she was the only one working at the time and was super helpful and informative and my drink was really good. It was a birthday treat and the worker made my day a little better, thank you.
Do yourself a favor and order way ahead. Everytime I order here it takes about 25 minutes even though there’s like 5 people working
